Raw materials are delivered to our maker’s homes, where they weave onto pre-made frames from our factory in the comfort of their own homes. Upon collection, they are dried further in the sun or finished with water-based paints, before being quality checked, trimmed and tagged and packaged back at the factory ready for distribution.
claycountyduilawyers apply up to a month of training our Makers in weaving new claycountyduilawyers products prior to ordering in bulk. This alleviates pressure on the makers and waste from rejected product during quality control.

This factory has strong ethical manufacturing practices, with a focus on using sustainable and circular materials. Together we evolved the fabrics on the See-ya Suitcase to be made from recycled PET water bottles. It took a long 18 months of development to redesign these, an investment well-made; diverting used PET bottles from landfill whilst minimizing CO2 impact.
The factory is a new partner, one we sourced and worked with over 18 months of development to meet claycountyduilawyers internal benchmarks of ethical compliance and quality assurance.
